- $5 per person – General Admission (12 and under free)
- $20 VIP Bags – General admission plus extra door prize tickets, shopping bags, and discounts
All proceeds benefit our local schools.
Supporting classroom grants, STEM tools, enrichment activities, and more for the Hartland-Lakeside School District.

- Friday Night Set-Up (Nov. 14) – Help mark booth spaces and prepare the venue for Saturday’s event.
Saturday, November 15

- Saturday Morning Set-Up – There’s plenty to do! Assist with vendor check-in, direct vendors to their spaces, carry items, and help set up the craft area.
- Entry Volunteers – Welcome guests, collect admission, and gather toy donations. Wrap gifts during slower times.
- Parking Attendants – Two adults needed to direct traffic and ensure vehicles are moved after unloading.
- HLEF Booth – Sell coffee and Kwik Trip cards, answer questions, and assist with miscellaneous booth needs.
- Santa – We provide the suit—you bring the holiday spirit! Appear from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (with breaks as needed).
- Elves –Guide kids to and from Santa, assist with Santa’s breaks, and keep kids entertained while they wait in line.
- Concessions – Sell and restock food and beverages throughout the day.
- Runners – Be ready to jump in wherever help is needed—flexible, fast-paced, and fun!
- Door Prize Caller – Announce winners and keep the energy up during prize drawings.
- 50/50 Raffle Sellers – Sell raffle tickets and encourage guests to participate.
- Gift Wrapping Station – Wrap gifts for shoppers and accept donations towards HLEF.
- Breakdown Crew – Help vendors load out, remove tape from the floor, wipe tables, and assist with general clean-up.
