- Friday Night Set-Up (Nov. 6) – Help mark booth spaces and prepare the venue for Saturday’s event.
Saturday, November 7

- Saturday Morning Set-Up – There’s plenty to do! Assist with vendor check-in, direct vendors to their spaces, carry items, and help set up the craft area.
- Entry Volunteers – Welcome guests, collect admission, and gather toy donations. Wrap gifts during slower times.
- Parking Attendants – Two adults needed to direct traffic and ensure vehicles are moved after unloading.
- Elves – Guide kids to and from Santa, assist with Santa’s breaks, and keep kids entertained while they wait in line.
- Snacks – Sell and restock snacks and beverages throughout the day.
- Runners – Be ready to jump in wherever help is needed—flexible, fast-paced, and fun!
- Raffle Sellers – Sell raffle tickets and encourage guests to participate.
- Gift Wrapping Station – Wrap gifts for shoppers.
- Breakdown Crew – Help vendors load out, remove tape from the floor, wipe tables, and assist with general clean-up.
