Bingo Volunteers
Date: January 14, 2026
Set-Up Crew – Help prepare the event space before doors open, arrange table/chairs, set up bingo station, concession table, entry tables, and prizes.
Bingo Caller – Keep the energy high and the game running smoothly by announcing numbers, engaging the crowd, and verifying winners.
Presale Check-In – Welcome guests who purchased cards in advance, confirm their orders, and hand out their bingo cards.
Day-of Card Purchases – Sell bingo cards at the door and throughout the event. (It would be helpful if some volunteers in this role have the Zeffy app on their phone for tap-to-pay, but that is not required.)
Concessions – Serve snacks and beverages during the event, restock items as needed, and manage the cash box and payment system. (It would be helpful if some volunteers in this role have the Zeffy app on their phone for tap-to-pay, but that is not required.)
Prize Helpers – Assist with verifying winners, organizing, and distributing prizes for each round and the grand prize, making sure winners get their rewards quickly and cheerfully.
Clean-Up Crew – Stay after the final round to help take down tables, collect trash, and leave the space neat and tidy.
